WORK SAMPLES
Below are projects I designed and developed over the past few years. Each project is unique; it brings me joy to see the education come to life and have an impact on learners.
Annual Compliance Education eLearning Courses | Adaptive Learning Technologies
The Annual Compliance Education eLearning courses used to take learners ~15 to 45 minutes each. Depending on the teammate's role, they could be assigned at least 4 and up to 25 compliance courses. I incorporated home grown adaptive learning technologies to enhance the user experience. Now, instead of waiting to get to the quiz at the end, the learner engages first in the adaptive test. The course then adapts, one learning objective at a time, pending how well the learner did on the exam. Learner's only see questions again for which they have answered incorrectly. My role, as lead instructional designer and project manager on this body of work, was to analyze the content to really identify the most critical information learner's needed to know to be compliant on the topic, redesign the exams with scenario-based questions and develop each course to function as desired. Learner's are now spending an average of ~10 to 20 minutes and time to competence is increasing. Based on average hourly salaries in 2020, a total of $456,021 annual savings was captured for the Core 4 ACE courses taken by every employee by moving to adaptive learning.

Leading High Performing Teams Instructor-Led Program
Leadership Development for Front-Line and Mid-Level Leaders
Leading High Performing Teams is a 2 day leadership development program for front-line and mid-level leaders that guides leaders on defining team goals, clarifying roles and responsibilities, establishing efficient work processes and cultivating a culture of strong interpersonal relationships. Often times, teams are quick to think they have a problem with relationships, but if they slow down and focus on the goals, roles and process first, the relationship piece comes into play much smoother. As lead instructional designer on this body of work, I was able to participate and lead focus groups to tailor the education to meet the organization's leaders where they are at and provide them with tools and resources necessary for them to earn trust on their teams and ultimately lead high performing teams. This leadership development program was the award recipient of two 2018 Brandon Hall Group's Excellence Awards. The ILT was enriched with engaging activities, videos and reflections for leader's to participate in and learn and share with each other.

Performance Systems Analysis (PSA) Report
PSA Report for the State Purchasing Division, Florida Department of Management Services
This project was developed for my Performance Systems Analysis course where my group and I acted as Performance Consultants for the Florida Department of Management Services, specifically the State Purchasing Division. I took on the role as the Client Liaison and Project Manager. I met with the Client, the Bureau Chief of Operations, bi-weekly. After developing a Project Charter with our project timeline, roles and responsibilities, it was my responsibility to keep constant communication with the Client to ensure she was up to date and onboard with what was going on at all times throughout the duration of the project. Since this project was extremely beneficial to the Client, stakeholder buy-in was easy to gain. The Client provided us with many useful resources to aid us in our organizational and environmental analysis. As a group, we analyzed the Division's operations, employee attitudes, employee performances, and the gaps in performance to develop intervention sets so the Divsion could perform at desired levels.

I created this eLearning tutorial during my internship at the Learning Systems Institute. This student tutorial is published on CPalms.org for public use. My role, as an instructional designer on this project, was to analyze the documents provided by an SME, develop a plan for the design of the tutorial, and implement the design utilizing Articulate Storyline to publish the module.
